Using Word, create a Gratitude poster.
List 10 things you are grateful for and on a separate section list 5 ways (ideas) to show appreciation.
Include at least 1 graphics and format with different fonts, colors and sizes.
Include your name.
Use the Creative Commons website to find license appropriate images and cite the license attribution (discretely) on your poster.

Using the internet do a search "Augmented Reality"
On a Word document, type about the following 4 topics:
1) Augmented Reality in Advertising
2) Augmented Reality in the Arts

Title each section and type 1 paragraph for each section (5-7 sentences)
Address how Augmented Reality is used in each of the areas and how you think it's beneficial; provide clear examples. On the last section, think about how we could use AR in this class for future projects.

11/13 - Perfecting your PPT, Videos and adding Voice
Everyone's PPT or Video interviews need some minor adjustments; take some time and improve/edit them.
After, add your voice to your PPT and add automatic timings.
Each team member must do their own PPT or ALL colloborate on one.

10/21 - Team Project
You will be working on a team project that will consist of:
- A PowerPoint presentation
- Video interviews
- An Online Survey (minimum 100 samples)
- An Interactive Quiz activity (use a web tool)
- An 8x10 Poster with an active link
- A word document detailing all the elements used and all sources (step by step guide)
Each team must choose a Team Captain that will report the team’s progress to Ms. Gutierrez and ensure that everyone is participating and that the deadlines are met.
Each team must also have at least 2 team members that own either a cell phone with video camera or a small video camera (for the interviews).

1) In a brief paragraph, explain when works subject to copyright protection may be used? Use appropriate terminology and explain your answer.
2) Under Fair Use guidelines, there are four factors that are considered to ensure the work "qualifies" for use under Fair Use. In a brief paragraph, name each of the factors and provide a brief explanation for each.
3) In a brief paragraph, explain what the term "Public Domain" means and explain 2 manners in which works may be added to the public domain.
4) In a brief paragraph, explain what "Creative Commons" is and provide a brief explanation of its history. Also, explain what the terms attribution, adapt, and share-alike mean.
5) We used 2 class periods to visit with our Librarians and acquire this information from them. In a brief paragraph, explain why it may be beneficial to acquire this information from the Librarian and tell me how you felt about the activities.
